Non-alcoholic beverages don’t have to be boring. Mocktails include a variety of flavor pairings, including fruit juices and herbs, with the presentation and complexity of craft cocktails.
Ingredients
- 3 Grapefruit peeled and sliced
- Fresh thyme
- 6 ounces sparkling water
- 2 tbsp honey
- Ice
Instructions
- Add the grapefruit, thyme, water, and honey to the shaker and muddle the ingredients for about 3 minutes, or until well combined.
- Place the strainer inside of the shaker with the coil facing down. Hold the strainer in place with your fingers and pour over ice.
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and thyme, if desired. Enjoy!
